Distance sessions take place remotely at a pre-agreed upon time. Clients create calm and quite environments and receive sessions in either comfortable seated or lying positions.
In both cases, clients state their intentions before sessions begin. Soft, relaxing music and low lighting often help create additional comfort and relaxation. Sessions last 40-60 minutes and clients often reach a deep meditative state and may even fall asleep.
The best way to experience a session is to clear the mind of expectation and/or trying to orchestrate desired outcomes. Each session is unique and my experience is that none are better than others, they're just different. And by by different, I mean uniquely and equally amazing, providing exactly what your cells need at that moment.
